The deliverytime depends on the product that you ordered.
For redeemkeys we have a fully automated deliverysystem that will deliver the key to unlock the game instantly after purchase per email. You can start downloading right after you order.
For games that need a manual delivery via account there is some more work to do. Our team works 24/7 to deliver games and in most cases the games are delivered within a couple of hours. We try to keep the deliverytime below 3 hours.

Did you provide a wrong email adress and did not receive the delivery for your order? Get in touch with us via our customer support and let us know so we can correct it manually and resend the delivery.
Our team will ask for some details or a proof of payment to confirm that its really you.
It happens sometimes that there are a lot of orders coming in, our team tries to prepare for these situations but it happens that it gets too busy and delivery takes longer than usual.
It can also happen that the game ordered is in very high demand and we have trouble keeping up with the demand, in these cases we try to warn before ordering in the product page itself, but we cannot always be fully prepared.

In some cases account get lost and the games stop working, there is an easy fix for it, we provide a new account and you can continue playing like you were before.

Games that are delivered via account format are locked to a single console and are not reinstallable. They have a warranty for one single install on a single console. It will however work on all active profiles on that console.
Redeemkeys are locked to a profile and are reinstallable as many times as you whish.
For digital products that are refundable you have 14 days time to request a refund. However there are some terms applied.
For redeemkeys there is no refund possible, because these keys are only usable once and we cannot take them back. Once you placed your order and received a redeemkey there is no going back.
For games that are delivered trough account there is a refund possible before the unlock code is entered on our deliveryplatform. After receiving an account there is no longer a refund possible.
However if there is a case where for example you waited for 3 days or longer and there was still no delivery, you may request a refund and we will process it as soon as we can.
Refund is possible before delivery of the game, after delivery we cannot accept a refund.
In our market our margins are very tiny, and processing orders deliveries and refunds takes a lot of time and costs us a fee as well. that is why we must charge a small fee for processing refunds. This fee varies between €0,90 and €2,80, depending on your region and payment option. If you request a refund you must be aware of this. We also warn about this via our customer support.
Right now we do not have an active platform where you can log in to see your history, but it is being build in the backend, soon you can create your own account and check your history.
For now if you whish to see your history you can contact us and we will provide all data we have about you, that is not only your order history but also all emails we have sent to you in the past.

We came with this concept for account format a while ago, we use the gameshare function of consoles to share games between gamers. Ofte two gamers buy a game together and share it with each other to save money, that is what we do as well. We share the games between two gamers and manage the account.
There are many ways to gain access to a game, this can be done with a cd key, with a redeemkey that you activate on your account, or you can share license via account, by adding another account to your console and setting your console as the primary for the account and get access to the game on your own profile.
Gamesharing is the function that allows us to do this, you are allowed to share the license of a game with another console and if you dont have anyone to share with you can use our system to get the games for less, knowing what you do and what you dont get.

We sell the primary license of the game to our customer and our supplier can sell the secondary license to another offline user anywhere in the world. By making sure this is happening smoothly we can offer the best possible service with a warranty called ´Customer Protection Program´. We sell games with a standard warranty of 6 months.
