How does this work?

Our method of selling the games is via accounts, some people share their accounts with friends to share games, some share with family, and some have no one to share with, that’s where we come in. We buy the accounts from trusted suppliers who either make the accounts themselves or buy them from people who want to make some extra money by sharing their account, Its not new or illegal, it’s a simple trick and we use that to sell cheap games.

After purchase you get an email and whatsapp notification from us, in the mail you get the credentials for the game you bought with a link to the instruction page. After following the instructions or the provided video you will be able to play the game on your own profile without any problems.

Because a lot of people dont trust this method we also offer a 3 year full warranty on every order. If there is anything wrong, just contact us and we will solve any issue that happened.

Can i play the game on my own profile?

You will always have to play on your own profile, you will only use our account once to start the download of the game(s), after that you will no longer have acces to our account. You keep the game on your own account.

You need to set our account as primary on your console. You can have up to 15 accounts as primary per console, and your own account can stay as primary as well. The game will be playable on all accounts on your console.

Can i play multiplayer?

We deliver FULL games, not trials or demo’s.

You can play everything that comes with the game, both offline and online. Everything will work fine.

How about warranty?

We offer 3 years of warranty for every order!

This means that we solve any issue that may occur in 3 years!
However, this does not mean that you are allowed to purposely delete the game to later reclaim it from us. There are some rules you’ll have to follow like instructed when installing games.

These rules are the following:
– Play ONLY on your own account!
– Do NOT delete the given account
– do NOT change anything on the account
– After downloading is finished you don’t have any more access to the account. If you still try to enter the account the game will be locked and your warranty will be discarded.

All you have to do to get any issue solved is just email us as a reply to our delivery email.

Cheapest Game Store started selling games back in 2016 via Ebay and Marktplaats. We grew a little but didnt want any serious grow, we stopped mid 2017 selling due to a switch of products, we started selling physical games. By end of 2019 we started selling again due to high demand, now we are steady and growing hard.

What is a free random game?

Sometimes there are more games on an account we deliver, if this is the case you are lucky! You are free to download those games as well, however we do not offer any warranty on the ‘free random game’

We get this question often. Ofcourse you probably did not hear about us before so its obvious it might be hard to trust our shop due to the low prices we offer.

Trust is hard to win, that is why we try our best to not loose the trust of any of our customers.

We do not ask for much personal information, only your name, phone number and email adress is required to place an order. And we encrypt those too after delivery., We wont have acces to your credentials after delivery.

You can read reviews of others to check if we are trustworthy or not, ofcourse not all reviews are positive but you can check percentages. And most of the reviews will be positive, at least well over 75% of them.

Why the negative reviews?

Unfortunately we also have some negative reviews as you probably have seen, We do not contact most of the negative reviews in the hope that they will edit their reviews themselves after they do get the assistance they ask for.

 

The negative reviews are in two groups. First people who call us scammers for selling digital games, and second people who call us scammers because they didnt receive their game.

The first group is just people who ordered, got the game and expected a delivery home, even though we never asked for their adress and clearly explain multiple times what we sell, these people then place multiple reviews on a lot of sites and mail us with threaths to take us down if we dont refund them etc. If they act normally we do try to help them, if they dont communicate normally we let them go and fix it themselves.

The second group is people who waited a while for the delivery. The delivery can get delayed because its pretty hard making accounts in these high scales. Sometimes we get over 25 orders per day, making one single account takes over an half hour.

We had some bad periods where most deliveries got delayed and we were not very active in the support department, this costed us a lot of negative reviews, We are working hard to get our review score up.

Why dont you ask for my address on the checkout page?

We sell digital games. Games that we deliver via email, and we notify customers about their orders via WhatsApp.

We work hard to deliver orders within the fastest way possible. Most orders are being delivered within 24 hours but we cant do that with all orders. It happens that a game is unavailable or we are unable to deliver for a day or so.

If you wait longer than 48 hours we suggest you contact us to see if there is anything wrong.

Questions asked after ordering

My game did not arrive yet?

This question we got a lot. We promise 24 hour delivery yes, but it happens a lot that we have a delay or sometimes we cant deliver in the weekends. We try to post enough updates on our social media but it happens that some people have to wait a little longer.

 

If you waited 48 hours and still didnt hear anything we suggest you contact us to see if there was a problem with your order.

Can i have a refund?

As long as the order is NOT delivered you have all the rights to cancel the order. In order to do this all you have to do is reply to the order confirmation email asking for a refund and perhaps the reason for it. We will process the refund as soon as we can. The money will be refunded automatically via the payment provider, this means we cant refund to another bank or have any impact on the refund speed, Refunds take up to 10 days.
There are refund fees you’ll have to keep in mind, How much we charge depents on multiple things, normally its 10% transactionfee. There might also be a 10% administrationfee on certain orders.

If the order was delivered it means the warranty is running, we can not take back an account and re-use it. So we cannot refund the order after delivery. If there is a problem with a game you can always contact us.

My game stopped working?!

This happens to 5-10% of the accounts we deliver, the account might get banned or deleted because it has no real owner, But worry not.

We offer 3 years warranty remember? This means all you have to do is contact us and we will fix any problem that occurred.

You can also try to re-set the account as primary, most of the times this will fix the problem.
